Ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken bosom parts
- 2 teaspoons Creole-style flavoring
- 2 avocados, stripped and pitted
- 1 tablespoon crisp lime juice
- 1 little tomato, diced
- 2 tablespoons finely slashed red onion
- garlic powder to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cuts pepper jack cheddar

Instructions:
Stage 1
Preheat stove grill, and set the broiler rack around 6 crawls from the warmth source.
Stage 2
Warmth the margarine and olive oil in a skillet over medium warmth, and sear the chicken bosoms for around 10 minutes for each side until never again pink within and brilliant dark colored outwardly, sprinkling each side with Creole flavoring.
Stage 3
Scoop the avocados into a bowl, and pound them with the lime juice, tomato, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stage 4
Spoon around 1/3 cup of guacamole onto every chicken bosom, top with a cut of pepper jack cheddar, and cook for 2 to 4 minutes, until the cheddar is liquefied and gurgling.
